Item Bought Incorrectly – If an item is bought incorrectly, please try to cancel the order before the item ships. If your item already shipped, please refuse the item when delivered by the shipping company. These steps will help reduce the cost of a return label.
Restocking Fee – If clients order any units that are shipped via freight, once the unit has been sent the client is reponsible for the unit (making sure it is correct and it is necessary). If the client wants to return the unit because it is the wrong one unit they needed, we will charge a restocking fee of shipping the unit round trip.
-If clients order any products that are shipped via USPS or FedEx, once the products has been shipped it will be the clients responsiblitily (making sure it is correct and it is necessary). If the client wants to return the product because they ordered the wrong product, we will charge a restocking fee.
