Shipping Policy

The following is our Shipping Policy. This applies to all products shipped from one of AC Distributor’s warehouses or any of its partners.

Shipping Options

As a customer on our website, you will have the option of picking between 3 available shipping options. These options are Free Shipping, Flat Fee or Local Pick-Up. These options are available at the time of checkout. Please select the option that best meets your needs.
All customers have the option of a flat shipping fee. This option covers any items bought on our website with a delivery address in the continental USA.

Free Shipping applies to items or a combination of items with a total cost of $199 or greater. This shipping option also cover the continental USA. Some restrictions apply, see “Shipping Rates” below.

Local Pick-up is available to those customers in South Florida who wish to avoid shipping costs and pick-up their products in person.

Shipping Rates

We offer our Flat Rate for all orders under $199. For shipments to the Northwest (includes the state of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming) of the United States, a fee of 9.2% may be applied. 

Shipping Methods

Depending on the item purchased, your product will ship via standard ground or freight.
Freight will be used on all large items. This includes AC units and mini splits. Large orders with several items will also ship via freight. All freight orders are shipped in pallets and therefore will need truck access at destination to be able to deliver.
FedEx or USPS will be used for all normal ground deliveries.

Certain items with a shipping destination in Florida will be delivered using our company trucks. Same requirements as freight will apply in this instance.

Drop shipment is available on certain items needed in large quantities. Please contact us if this applies to you.

Tracking Information

We will provide a tracking number, when available, on all items shipped via ground or freight. This information will be provided shortly before shipping.
Please Note: Some carriers will take their time to start tracking packages.

Backorders

By default, our website does not allow placing orders on items not in stock or no longer available. In the chance a product ordered was sold and stock had not been updated the customer will be given the option of waiting for the product to be available in stock or cancel the order. Re-stocking can sometimes take up to 10 days, depending on the product.

Delivery

All freight purchases will require an appointment with the customer before delivery can be made. The freight company will call the phone number provided at time of purchase to coordinate the delivery. The package will not be delivered until it has been coordinated with the customer.
All ground shipments will be delivered at the final shipment address. Only certain items require a signature at delivery. Please coordinate with the shipping company once a tracking number is availble to make sure the package is not lost upon delivery.

Damaged Items

If your package was damaged in transit, please refuse the item upon delivery. If the package was already delivered by the time you notice damage, please contact us. A formal claim will need to be open with the shipping company and the product will need to be returned to us.
Damaged items will only be accepted back within 24 hours of being received. See our return policy for more details.
